Delivery and Returns
We deliver to the UK and to the Republic of Ireland by Royal Mail First Class delivery. We try to process and dispatch orders received Monday to Wednesday on the next day. Orders received between Thursday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays when they will be dispatched the following Tuesday. This is to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Currently our postage is charged based on your total order weight;
up to 200g = £1.20
201g-1000g = £2.90
1001g or more = £5.80.

Overseas / International Delivery

Free Collection In-store
FREE local pick up in store is available. Simply place your order online, select the ‘local pickup‘ option upon checkout and we will email you to confirm when your order is ready for collection (usually within 48 hours). If you want to pick up your order on a certain date please write this in the ‘Comments’ box when ordering. Then simply pop into our Brixham store to collect in person!
When you collect your order, you’ll need your order number and proof of your address. Even better if you can bring a printout of your order confirmation or show it to us on your phone.
If you’re unable to collect your order, for any reason, then please contact us immediately to let us know email@example.com.
Out of Stock
Goods advertised on our website may become unavailable, for whatever reason, but we will always inform the ordering party as soon as possible if an item is not in stock and arrange a refund, replacement or backorder.
In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost for the customer. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made as appropriate.
Goods without any error / damage will not be taken back unless we agree to do so, provided the goods are unopened. In that case a minimum charge of 25% of the total order value will be charged to the ordering party. Compensation for any sort of damage is limited to 50% of total purchase value.
In either case, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt and explain why you would like to return the goods firstname.lastname@example.org.
