Deliveries: We try to process and dispatch orders received Monday to Wednesday on the next day. Orders
received between Thursday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays when they
will be dispatched the following Tuesday. This is to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.
The Bon Bon Shop is a family run business committed to producing and supplying quality confectionery
at competitive prices. Please contact us if you are not entirely happy with our service or products provided; we will do all we
can to rectify your problem.
If we are unable to despatch your order due to stock shortages within 2 working days we will contact you to
offer suitable substitutes of an equal or higher value.
